Terms and Conditions — Bloody Sexy Halloween

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for, and attendance at, the Bloody Sexy Halloween event ("Event"), organised and operated by:

("Organiser", "we", "us", "our")
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you ("you", "the ticket holder") agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before buying.
1. The Event
The Event will take place in the following cities: Prague, Brno, Bratislava, and Warsaw, on the dates and at the venues specified at the point of sale. Each city is a separate event with its own ticket, date, and venue.
2. Tickets
2.1. A ticket is a licence granting the holder entry to the specified Event, in the specified city, on the specified date only.
2.2. Tickets are sold subject to availability. A contract of sale is concluded once we confirm your order.
2.3. You are responsible for checking that the details of your ticket (city, date, ticket type) are correct at the time of purchase.
2.4. Tickets must be purchased only through our official channels. We accept no responsibility for tickets bought from unauthorised third parties, which may be invalid.
2.5. Each ticket admits one person unless expressly stated otherwise. A valid ticket (printed or digital) must be presented for entry.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices are shown at the point of sale in the applicable local currency and include any applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment provider. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
4. No refunds, no exchanges, no transfers between cities
4.1. All ticket sales are final. Except where required by applicable law (see Section 5), tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned once purchased.
4.2. Tickets are non-exchangeable. A ticket for one city or date **cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied to the Event in another city or on another date.
For example, a ticket for Prague cannot be used, exchanged, or credited towards the Event in Brno, Bratislava, or Warsaw.
4.3. Statutory right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to the provision of services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in national law). Event tickets fall within this exemption. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this.
4.4. If you are unable to attend, the price of the ticket is not recoverable, and the ticket cannot be moved to a different event, city, or date.
5. Cancellation, rescheduling, or changes by the Organiser
5.1. We reserve the right to change the Event programme, line-up, timings, or venue where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
5.2. If we cancel the Event entirely (and it is not rescheduled), you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Refunds do not include booking fees or any other incidental costs, except where the law requires otherwise.
5.3. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility in the case of rescheduling will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
5.4. Our maximum liability in the event of cancellation is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
6. Entry conditions
6.1. Age restriction. The Event is strictly for persons aged [18] and over. Valid photo ID may be required for entry. Anyone unable to prove they meet the minimum age may be refused entry without refund.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person whose behaviour is, in our reasonable judgement, disorderly, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise likely to cause a nuisance, danger, or damage. No refund will be given in such cases.
6.3. Entry may be subject to search of persons and belongings for security and safety reasons. Prohibited items (including weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol) will be confiscated and may be reported to the authorities.
7. Behaviour and safety
7.1. Ticket holders must comply with the instructions of Event staff, security, and venue management, and with all venue rules and applicable laws at all times.
7.2. You attend the Event at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence.
7.3. Excessive consumption of alcohol may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund.
8. Photography and filming
Photography and filming may take place at the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in general audience footage and images. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how such material is used and how to make a request regarding your image.
9. Liability
9.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.2. Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with the Event or your ticket is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
9.3. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including travel or accommodation costs) arising from cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the Event.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, strikes, terrorism, or venue closure.
11. Complaints
Any complaint regarding the Event or your ticket should be sent to reservations@bloodysexy.cz. We will aim to acknowledge and address complaints promptly.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (Slovakia or Poland, where applicable).
12.2. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the relevant Event is held will continue to apply.
13. General
13.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
